In 2005, Adam was successful in negotiating one of the first nationwide round II opt-out settlements for the Fen-Phen diet drug Litigation. Since that time, Adam has also negotiated settlements in the Medtronic Sprint Fidelis Lead Wire litigation, Baycol litigation, Yaz birth control litigation and several other Pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts. Currently, he represents clients in the Actos, Pradaxa, Infuse, Mirena, TVM, Lipitor, Risperdal, and Byetta litigations as well as several other large mass actions. Adam also currently represents the families of several children who have suffered skull fractures and other serious injuries as a result of falls from the Bumbo baby seat, in which he was an instrumental force in getting over 4 million of the products being recalled. Adam represents clients in all 50 states and has claims filed on behalf of those clients in many states across the country. Darsey L. PfostAttorney at Law Darsey has dedicated her legal practice to uphold a personal commitment to victims' rights. Darsey received her bachelor's degree in Political Science with a secondary emphasis in studies of World History and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Darsey studied under Dean T. Gerald Treece as a member of the nationally recognized mock trial program. In her practice, Darsey represents individuals and is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, whose mission is to protect, promote and safeguard the rights of people forced to seek redress in law. Darsey is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
